Welbe is a Mexican startup that in 2021 started the development of a digital telemedicine platform, also counting on scheduling physical appointments and laboratory tests for all its clients.

Project

Develop an MVP in five months that includes the modules below:

  • Back office for administrative access and data visualization of policyholders, physicians and client companies.
  • Back office for administrative access and data visualization of the Companies and their Branches.
  • Back office for administrative access of accredited doctors.
  • Android and iOS application for access by the insured customer and their dependents.

Result

Druid provided a Development Squad to deliver the MVP modules, using the Scrum model. The entire solution was developed with a serverless architecture on AWS, using services such as Lambda, EventBridge, SES, DynamoDB, Cloudfront, S3, QuickSight and others.
