According to the second quarter 2019 financial results, the company has 56.5 million customers in the mobile base. The company's 4G coverage is present in 3,321 municipalities in the country and its user base reaches 36.3 million customers.
TIM has commissioned Druid to design an application to offer free football content services to TIM Liberty, Pre, Post and Control customers. The entire project infrastructure was hosted on AWS (Amazon Web Services). The app has been made available in iOS and Android versions. In total, each of 13 TIM-sponsored national teams had their own custom app on the Apple Store and Google Play.
The application developed by Druid to inform user TIM about his 'heart team' was part of a successful marketing campaign. Armed with a mobile phone chip that 'emblazoned' the shield of his club, user TIM downloaded the app to get daily news, benefits and watch his team's games in real time using the sport content of Interactive Sport.
