Client is a Joint Venture selected to provide engineering services for the development of its Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF). The IWMF is an integral part of a long-term plan to meet Singapore’s solid waste management needs. The Client was facing performance issues at the on-premise environment and reduced Ease of operations.
Architected AWS Infrastructure following recommended AWS best practices addressing performance issues after detailed assessment, architecting, building and Sign-off.
Application Testing was carried out & the Client’s Success Criteria was met. Deliverables were met before the committed deadlines and Cost Optimization recommendations made on a regular basis.
